Dermaren L’Eclat 365 mg is a Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator developed for patients requiring gradual restoration of facial volume, support of deeper facial structures and improvement of wrinkles and folds.

After administration into the appropriate dermal or subcutaneous tissue plane, PLLA particles stimulate fibroblast activity and new collagen formation. As collagen develops progressively, the treated area gains structural support and volume over time rather than relying solely on an immediate filling effect.

This makes L’Eclat particularly suited to treatments where progressive volume restoration and collagen stimulation are the primary objectives. Documented treatment areas include the cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines, while additional professional product documentation also references areas such as the temples and chin.

L’Eclat should therefore be considered a collagen-stimulating, structural injectable rather than a hydration-focused skin booster. Results develop progressively as collagen production increases.

The product is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted before professional use according to the current manufacturer’s instructions for use.
